There is a one time initial registration / consultation fee. There is a mandatory meeting with the participant and their parents to discuss the athlete's goals.

Workouts are normally 60 minutes in duration.

We can travel to any gym of your choice for workouts. Reservations are required one day in advance
for all training sessions.
